  • Earned PhD from a reputable University
  • At least 5 years of work experience in post graduate department/school or Faculty.
  • Having guided post graduate students in Research projects.
  • Having been involved in development of post graduate programs
  • Having good communication  and  social interaction  skills
  • Proven managerial skills evidenced by experience as Dean or HoD and hold a rank of Senior Lecturer or higher.
  • Reputable research record as evidenced by the publications in recognised  peer reviewed journals and attended  academic conferences
2 Director Quality Assurance (1 post)
  • Earned PhD from a reputable University
  • Proven 4 years of working experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
  • Close familiarity with the QAA’s Academic Infrastructure, Framework for Higher Education Qualifications. and Codes of Practice
  • A good understanding of governance and decision-making processes, and  the management of committees;
  • Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
  • Excellent inter-personal and communications skills.

Director of Research  (1 post)
  • Earned PhD from a reputable University
  •  Proven 4  years of working experience as a Researcher and holding a rank of Senior  lecturer
  • Excellent inter-personal and communications skills.
  • Experienced team-leader in research.
  • Team player with a positive approach to new challenges
  • Reputable research record as evidenced by the publications in recognized peer reviewed journals and attended academic conferences.
  • Having good experience in organizing international academic, consultancy and business executive programs.
4 Manager SOA project  (1 post)
  • Earned a professional accounting qualification. Having masters’ degree or equivalent in Project management, MBA, Entrepreneurship from a reputable University would be added advantage.
  • Proven 4 years  of working experience in the same field
  • Excellent inter-personal and communications skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and mentor individuals.
  • Experience with the following tools/applications: MS Project, Visio, Office
5 Deputy Registrar(1 post)
  • Bachelors’ degree or Equivalence in   Education, management ,business administration
  • Masters Degree or Equivalence in Education, Management    would be added advantage.
  • Having good IT and administrative skills
  • Proactive, focused and organised, with good attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated working experience as deputy or assistant registrar .
  • Excellent  communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Having good experience in managing students records
  • Having good communication  and  social interaction  skills

Public Relations and communications Officer

(1  Post)

  • Bachelors’ degree or Equivalence in  mass communication, marketing ,Media studies
  • Masters Degree or Equivalence in mass communication, Marketing   would be added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated working experience in the same field.
  • Fluent in English, working knowledge of Kinyarwanda and French is desirable.
7 Examination Officer (1 post)
  • Bachelors’ degree or Equivalent in   Education, management ,business administration
  • Masters Degree or Equivalence in Education, Management    would be added advantage.
  • Having good IT and administrative  and communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated working experience in the same field.
  • Ability to work under pressure

Assistant Accountant

 (1 Post)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
  • Having good skills in Accounting software like Quickbook,Sage 100, Sage Pastel Evolution or any other Accounting software.
  • Possession of the following Quotations: CPA part II, ACCA part II would be added advantage
  • Having 2 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Fluent in English
